Miles Sanders Could Have A Monster Year
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders is the projected starter, with Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott slated for playing time as well in 2022. Sanders is in a contract year and will be running behind one of the best offensive lines in the league, so the opportunity is there for him to have a monster season. However, injuries have kept Sanders from reaching his full potential so far in his career after he finished last year with 754 rushing yards and zero touchdowns in 12 games. Ideally, the Eagles would like Sanders to take the lead role and run with it. But if he gets injured or isn't performing at a high level, Gainwell could move into more of a featured role. Despite working with the second-team offense in training camp the other day, Sanders remains the No. 1 back, and he could be a bargain in fantasy drafts as a low-end RB2/high-end RB3.
