3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders finally saw some carries in a Week 6 loss to the Tampa Bay Bucs. He went into halftime with one carry for one yard, definitely leaving any fantasy managers brave enough to still have him in the starting lineup clenching their fists. In the second half though, the Eagles remembered that they do indeed have players that can run the ball that are not named Jalen Hurts, and Sanders ended up with nine rushes for 56 yards and two catches for 10 more yards. He ripped off a few huge runs as the Eagles almost made a comeback late in the game. Hurts still got the goal line carries and scored two touchdowns, and there's no sign that will change despite how effective Sanders was when given the ball. He'll be no more than a FLEX option until the Eagles thoroughly revamp their play calling.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
