Miles Sanders Ready To Be Lead Ball Carrier
4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders said he is ready to be the main ball carrier and believes that is why the team drafted him prior to last season. In 2019 Sanders led the team in carries, but only handled 179 carries while ceding work to Jordan Howard and Boston Scott. Scott is still around, but Howard is no longer on the team so it's reasonable to believe the Eagles will lean more heavily on Sanders in his sophomore campaign. The 23-year-old running back rushed for 818 yards last season at a healthy 4.6 yards per carry while adding 50 receptions in the passing game. Sanders is a great RB1 target early in the second round of fantasy drafts.
