Miles Sanders Will Play Against Buccaneers
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (hand), who practiced in full on Friday after two limited practices earlier in the week, doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's wild-card game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and will play. Sanders broke his hand in Week 16 and sat out the final two weeks of the regular season, but the plan all along was to have him back to begin the postseason. Sanders won't have any limitations this weekend, so he should be the Eagles primary backfield weapon in a tough matchup against a stout Tampa run defense. However, quarterback Jalen Hurts and running backs Jordan Howard and Boston Scott could continue to vulture TDs from Sanders like they have been doing all year. There's not a ton of upside here, which is why he costs only $5,000 at DraftKings.
