3 years agoMinnesota Twins catcher Mitch Garver isn't in the team's lineup on Saturday for a matchup with the Houston Astros and right-hander Luis Garcia. Garver has provided both the Twins and fantasy managers with some solid production at the plate this season, hitting .227 with a .331 on-base percentage and 13 home runs in 178 plate appearances. It'll be Ryan Jeffers starting in Garver's place and hitting sixth on Saturday against Garcia. Jeffers could be worth a look as a streaming option in deeper leagues for fantasy managers in search of home runs.
