Mitch Haniger Crushes Second Round-Tripper
6 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger sent a rocket to straightaway center field for his second home run of the young season. The shot was of the two-run variety, as he's off to a hot start, batting .282 with seven RBI over the team's first nine games. Haniger had a career year in 2018, batting .285 with 26 home runs and 93 RBI, and he is well on his way to repeating those numbers this season. His immediate future also looks bright, as he'll face Lucas Giolito and Ivan Nova this weekend, both of whom finished in the top 10 in HR/9 a year ago.
