Mitch Haniger Drives 29th Homer
3 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger got a day off from the outfield Monday, but he still brought his bat, slotting in as the designated hitter in the second spot in the lineup. Haniger went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run, his 29th of the season. Haniger only has four hits in his last seven games and 24 at-bats, but he's knocked three of those four over the fence, and he's also walked four times to give him a .167/.300/.542 slash line in that span. Haniger should be a weekly starter in all formats.
