6 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger continues to have a strong September and is slashing .367/.375/.600 over his last 30 at-bats heading into Monday night. Haniger is slugging .552 in the month of September and will play the Astros in Houston to open a divisional series. The first-time All-Star has done a fantastic job since being moved to the leadoff spot and is slashing .329/.381/.603 in 34 games hitting from the top spot in the lineup. He has enjoyed a breakout campaign and deserves to stay in fantasy lineups the rest of the season. Haniger for the season is slashing .282/.363/.493 with four triples, 25 home runs, 34 doubles, 80 runs scored and 89 runs batted in.
