7 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger has seven hits over his last 19 at-bats (.368) with three doubles and five runs batted in over his last five games played. Haniger now leads the team with 59 RBI this season and continues to consistently produce in the heart of the Mariners lineup. He currently is slashing .261/.343/.457 in the month of June with three doubles, five home runs and 19 runs batted in. Haniger flashed some of this potential last season but an oblique injury completely derailed his season. He has stayed healthy this year and has emerged as one of the best breakout candidates of the 2018 season. The Mariners continue to hit him in the heart of the order and Haniger should see plenty of chances to drive in more runs heading towards the second half of the season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
