6 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger was all over the stat sheet Sunday finishing the game 1-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and a walk. He swatted a two-run homer off of Twins starter Kyle Gibson in the fifth to tie the game before Daniel Vogelbach followed that up to go back-to-back. Haniger now has a dozen big flies on the season with 26 RBI and 38 runs but is batting only .232 after hitting over .280 in each of the last two years. It appears this might be the trend moving forward as he's struck out a dreadful 28.4% of the time in 2019, but he's still returning his draft day value with the power numbers.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
