2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mitch Trubisky completed 15 of his 19 passes for 160 yards and a touchdown in a 19-9 preseason win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Trubisky connected with Steven Sims for a six-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter. The veteran quarterback started and played the entire first half of the contest with rookie Kenny Pickett taking over for him after halftime. There have been reports out of Pittsburgh over the past week that Pickett was pushing for the starting job but Trubisky's performance on Sunday likely cements his status as the Week 1 starter. He is a low-end QB2/high-end QB3 for fantasy leagues this season.--Matt T - RotoBaller
