Sanu has battled injuries and ineffectiveness since being acquired by the Patriots, racking up only eight receptions over his last four games played. Sanu will need a touchdown to be fantasy relevant but will face a Bills defense that has allowed only four touchdowns to opposing receivers since Week 7.
