4 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Monte Harrison has likely already been snatched in the vast majority of keepers leagues, but he may become a commodity in any season-long format should his tremendous speed translate to the Majors like it did Thursday. Harrison collected his first big league hit, unveiling 29.9 ft/sec sprint speed down the line; for context, only 11 players in the Majors last season averaged that speed. Yet to put it all together offensively at the Minor League level, Harrison may have considerable leash with Miami this year in the wake of the team's COVID-19 outbreak. Having amassed 138 stolen bases across parts of six seasons in the Minors, Harrison presents owners desperate for steals production with an upside bat.--Jesse Borek
