3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts (hip) could be facing a potential stay on the injured list after being held out of the lineup for the fourth game in a row on Wednesday, according to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register. Manager Dave Roberts said, "It's certainly a possibility, though I didn't think it was a few days ago...It's a possibility. It's not ideal. But the most important thing is getting Mookie back to 100 percent." While this is disappointing news, it's not exactly surprising with Betts continuing to deal with a hip pointer that he aggravated while playing in Colorado last weekend.
