Mookie Betts Makes Homers Routine
7 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts hit another home run Friday night in a 5-1 win against the Rangers. It was his third straight game with a homer and gives him the MLB lead with 13 HRs. Betts is 12 of his last 29 with four doubles, seven home runs and 12 RBI. He has five homers in his last 12 at-bats. Betts also accomplished another feat, as he has hit 70 home runs as a leadoff hitter, passing Dom DiMaggio (69) for the most in Red Sox history.
