3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts isn't starting on Tuesday against the St. Louis Cardinals and left-hander J.A. Happ. Betts is hitting .266 with a .373 on-base percentage, 19 home runs, and nine stolen bases in 442 plate appearances this season. He'll get the day off against the Cardinals with Steven Souza Jr. starting in right field instead. Souza Jr. is hitting seventh on Tuesday. On the season, he's batting .160 with a .250 on-base percentage and a home run in 28 plate appearances this season.
