3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts has not yet looked like the 15th-drafted player overall so far to start the 2022 season. The 29-year-old has slashed just .214/.214/.286 with a 35.7% strikeout rate through 14 plate appearances. This is obviously a very small sample size and fantasy managers should not worry, but it was disappointing that he could not capitalize on a three-game series in Coors Field. The Dodgers will begin a two-game series at the Twins Tuesday and will face the back-end of their rotation. Hopefully, this will serve as a kick-starter for Betts' season.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
