3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts (illness) remains out of the team's Cactus League lineup on Thursday against the Colorado Rockies. Betts has been dealing with a stomach illness since Tuesday and will miss a second straight game. Expect the 29-year-old superstar to make his spring debut at some point this weekend. Betts was an All-Star last year for the fifth-time in his career, hitting .264/.367/.487 with an .854 OPS, 23 home runs, 58 RBI, 93 runs scored and 10 stolen bases in 550 plate appearances over 122 games. For his standards, it was a bit of a disappointment, but a hip injury that bothered him down the stretch was the likely culprit.
