Mookie Betts Removed Due To Hamstring Tightness
7 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts was removed in the fifth inning in the game against the Rays due to hamstring tightness, according to Ian Browne of MLB.com. Betts stated that he felt the hamstring tighten up when he was rounding the bases. Manager Alex Cora stated he will check on Betts on Sunday to see how he feels. Betts was also hit by a pitch in the first inning. When healthy, Betts remains an elite fantasy option.
