3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts (hip) Is scheduled to be activated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Thursday's game against the San Diego Padres. He took simulated at-bats from pitcher Tony Gonsolin on Wednesday. According to manager Dave Roberts, the former Boston Red Sox is expected to be back in the lineup on Thursday. Betts has been sidelined since the beginning of August with a bone spur on his hip. The 28-year-old slashed .277/.378/.521 with 17 home runs, 44 RBI, and seven stolen bases over 397 plate appearances.
