3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts (hip) won't play on Sunday during the series finale against the Rockies. Betts left Saturday's matchup because of right hip irritation, which was unfortunate considering he compiled a homer and three doubles before his early departure. Skipper Dave Roberts indicated that the ailment has been bothering the 28-year-old all season, and he hopes to have him back in the lineup on Monday against the Giants. If Betts is forced to miss extended time, Zach McKinstry, Matt Beaty, and Chris Taylor could all see some time in the outfield.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
