MyCole Pruitt Suffers Ugly Leg Injury
3 years agoTennessee Titans tight end MyCole Pruitt (leg) suffered a gruesome right leg injury in Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins. Pruitt was placed in an air cast and carted off the field before quickly being ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game. He wasn't targeted at all in the game before suffering the injury. The exact nature of Pruitt's injury is unknown, but it wouldn't be a surprise if he was unable return for Tennessee's playoff run to close out the season. Geoff Swaim, who has one of the team's two touchdowns in the game, and Anthony Firkser will split the team's tight end duties for the rest of Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Coming into the game, Pruitt had 14 receptions on 18 targets for 145 yards and three touchdowns in 15 games.
