3 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin could have a difficult time holding reliable fantasy value during the 2021 season. Last season, Gaskin emerged as the lead back and held RB2 value in PPR formats. However, the Dolphins are going to use a three-back committee this upcoming season. Head coach Brian Flores mentioned that the organization plans to use their top three backs situationally. Gaskin is a three-down back that could really be used at any time. Newly added Malcolm Brown is expected to take over as the power back, but we'll see how that goes. It's uncertain where Salvon Ahmed fits into the picture, but he's off to a solid preseason. It sounds like the Dolphins are comfortable with this three-back approach. Gaskin might fall into borderline flex territory, assuming Miami wants to get two other backs involved frequently.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
