Nate Lowe Out Of Saturday's Lineup
3 years agoTexas Rangers first baseman Nate Lowe isn't starting on Saturday as the club gets set to take on the Oakland Athletics and left-hander Cole Irvin. Lowe has provided both the Rangers and fantasy managers with some solid production in his first season in Texas. In 443 plate appearances this season, the 25-year-old is hitting .249 with a .348 on-base percentage, 12 home runs, and five stolen bases. Curtis Terry is starting at first for Lowe and batting ninth. Terry has logged just 37 plate appearances for the Rangers this year, collecting four hits and a couple of walks. If you need streaming help at first base on Saturday, you're probably better off looking elsewhere.
