5 years agoToronto Blue Jays top pitching prospect Nate Pearson has been raising eyebrows so far at his first big league camp, leading general manager Ross Atkins to believe he can impact the club at some point during the 2020 season. With only 18.0 innings pitched at Triple-A, the flame-throwing right-hander will undoubtedly have more conditioning to do before donning a Blue Jays jersey, but he could be a candidate for a promotion this summer. Labeled as MLB's eighth overall prospect, Pearson has serious dynasty appeal but has limited value in redraft leagues.
