7 years agoVegas Golden Knights defenseman Nate Schmidt played a part in two of the team's three goals in Sunday's 3-0 win against the Sharks, scoring the second one himself and then assisting Cody Eakin on an empty-netter. It was Schmidt's second multi-point game of the playoffs, with both coming against San Jose. He also had a goal and an assist in Game 2. The former Cap has been solid in the playoffs thus far, getting five points in 10 games with a plus-six rating. He was much more involved offensively in the second round, getting over two shots on goal multiple times, and with some power play time, he certainly has some fantasy appeal.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
