6 years agoBuffalo Sabres defenseman Nathan Beaulieu picked up a pair of assists with a plus-one rating, a blocked shot and three hits over 9:36 of ice time in Tuesday's 2-1 victory against the Tampa Bay Lightning. He was extremely productive in just 16 shifts, chipping in with secondary assists on the Jeff Skinner marker in the first period and on the Kyle Okposo goal early in the second. The offensively-challenged rearguard has points in back-to-back games. This was his first multi-point effort in 75 regular-season games dating back to March 30, 2017. He is only worth a look in the very deepest of fantasy pools at this point.--Daniel Dobish
