4 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Nathan Eovaldi had another solid outing on Wednesday, allowing just two runs over five innings in the Red Sox's 4-2 win over the Minnesota Twins. Eovaldi now has a 2.08 ERA over his first three starts to go along with a sparkling 14:4 strikeout-to-walk ratio. Eovaldi has had stretches like this in the past, but injuries and inconsistency have prevented him from ever being a top-tier starting pitcher. If he keeps commanding his five-pitch mix like he has thus far, he can finally reach his potential.--Daniel Fox
