3 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Nathan Eovaldi had everything clicking against the Tampa Bay Rays Wednesday night as he threw a seven-inning gem. He allowed just one run on three hits and a walk with ten strikeouts. It turned out to be a better performance than Boston needed as they blew out the Rays 20-8, giving Eovaldi his 10th win on the year. It was an important bounce-back for the right-hander, who had given up 12 runs over 10 innings in his last two starts.
