Nathan Eovaldi Pitches Well Amidst Downpour
3 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Nathan Eovaldi had a strong start to his second half Saturday despite being forced to take a no-decision in the rain-shortened six-inning contest. Eovaldi allowed just one run on two hits and a walk while striking out seven Yankees. He now has a 3.57 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, and 106 strikeouts in 108 1/3 innings on the season to go with his 9-5 record, making him worthy of a starting spot in fantasy lineups going forward.
