Nathan Peterman Sets interception Record
6 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Nathan Peterman finally got to finish a game that he started. However, it didn't go any better than his other three starts as the second-year pro threw three interceptions in the Bills 41-9 loss to the Bears at New Era Field on Sunday. His second pass of the day that was picked off was returned for a touchdown, meaning the former Pitt star now has as many pick-sixes (three) as touchdowns in his career. The interception was his 11th in 95 attempts, moving him to the top of the list for the most interceptions with less than 100 tosses during the Super Bowl era, per Pro Football Reference. In eight career games, he has completed 52.3 percent of his passes for 549 yards to go along with 12 interceptions for a quarterback rating of 32.5. Peterman, who was 31 of 49 for 189 yards against Chicago, is not worth a look in fantasy even if the 24-year-old starts against the Jets in Week 10.
