Nelson Agholor Faces a Good Matchup in the Super Bowl

6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor has been trending downwards lately, but he has the best matchup of any Eagles pass catcher on Sunday for Super Bowl 52. Agholor was targeted 16 times in the first two games that Nick Foles started, but has since only been targeted 10 times, catching nine passes for 94 yards. He'll face off against Patriots defensive back Eric Rowe, who allowed a catch every 12.3 snaps in coverage. Agholor could see plenty of throws come his way with the Patriots likely game planning against Zach Ertz and Stephon Gilmore taking care of Alshon Jeffery.
