6 years agoSeattle Mariners designated hitter Nelson Cruz went 1-for-4 on Monday against the Astros. Cruz returned to the lineup after missing a game due to an illness. The veteran has three home runs over his last 10 games and is slugging .471 in September. It has been another elite season for the slugger and comes into Tuesday's action with 36 home runs and 89 runs batted in. Cruz will take the field at Minute Maid Park on Tuesday with some fantastic road numbers this season. Through 63 away games, Cruz is slashing .305/.383/.556 with 10 doubles, 16 home runs and 43 runs batted in. The veteran slugger is a solid DFS play for Tuesday.--Joey C - RotoBaller
