Nelson Cruz Hitting .333 Lifetime Against Dallas Keuchel

6 years agoSeattle Mariners designated hitter Nelson Cruz will face Astros left-hander Dallas Keuchel Monday night in the opening game of their series. Cruz has had solid success against Keuchel, hitting .333 in 30 career at-bats with three home runs against him. Cruz recently returned to the lineup following a disabled list stint after spraining his ankle in the dugout. Cruz hasn't paid off for fantasy owners just yet, but the season is still too young to panic. He strangely hit only .229 against lefties in 2017, but Monday is an excellent matchup for Cruz. He can be deployed confidently into fantasy lineups to produce a solid stat line to start the week right.--Joey C - RotoBaller
