3 years agoTampa Bay Rays designated hitter Nelson Cruz isn't starting on Wednesday against the Philadelphia Phillies and right-handed starter Zack Wheeler. With no designated hitter, Cruz started at first base in Philadelphia on Tuesday. However, he'll begin tonight's game on the bench. Yandy Diaz is starting at first base and batting sixth against Wheeler and the Phillies. Diaz is worth a look as a streaming option for fantasy managers in deeper leagues where on-base percentage is part of the scoring.
