Cruz has punished left-handers all season long, slashing .288/.404/.671 with five doubles and seven home runs through 73 at-bats. Cruz is currently in a 3-for-29 skid at the plate but Thursday night presents an excellent opportunity to snap out of it. In 35 games away from Safeco Field, Cruz is posting a.324/.410/.596 line with eight doubles, nine home runs and 25 runs driven in.
