5 years agoNew Orleans Saints tight end Jared Cook (undisclosed) did not suit up for the second straight preseason game. He has also missed some practices this week. According to ESPN's Mike Triplett, Cook may have sustained an injury, but the Saints won't release an injury report until next week. Despite this mysterious injury, Cook had a good preseason with his new team and is locked in as the starting TE. Overall, Cook should be the team’s third option in the passing game behind Michael Thomas and Alvin Kamara. After finishing last season as the fifth-best TE, he should only improve this year in head coach Sean Payton’s offense.--Vladimir
