NFL Close To Reducing Quarantine Period To Five Days
3 years agoAccording to insider Adam Schefter, the NFL and NFLPA are close to finalizing a new rule that would change the quarantine time from 10 days to five days for all players, including those that are unvaccinated. This set of rules would be in line with the new CDC guidelines, meaning it will be easier for players to return to action who test positive during the week. Carson Wentz, who was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday, would have a chance to return to the lineup should these new protocols be put in place this week.
