NFL Reinstates Myles Garrett
5 years agoThe NFL has informed Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett that he will be reinstated for the 2020 season. Garrett met with the league in New York on Monday and had to wait just two days to receive notice that his indefinite suspension is over. The star defender wound up missing six games after his Nov. 15 altercation with Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph. Garrett's reinstatement is expected to come with certain conditions, including him possibly needing to attend anger management counseling in hopes that he has no further incidents. Garrett's reinstatement at this point in the offseason is good news, as he will not miss any of the team's offseason program as Cleveland gets to work under first-year head coach Kevin Stefanski.
