4 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Castellanos ranks second in the Majors with 22% of his balls put in play having been deemed barrels. He is yet to miss a game for the Reds this season, having become a staple in the Nos. 2 or 3 spot in the order. A large part of his early production has come in having mashed fastballs to the tune of a gaudy .919 SLG; last season, fastballs merited a .624 SLG for him. His next week will feature matchups all on the road, which while not as beneficial as Great American Ball Park, can still allow him to build on the .924 road OPS that he has established in 2020.--Jesse Borek
