3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks shortstop Nick Ahmed went 1-for-3 with a home run, one RBI and a run scored in an 8-3 loss to the Dodgers on Saturday. It was his third homer of the season, as he has begun to heat up a bit at the plate recently by slashing .265/.294/.388 with one homer, two steals, six RBI and five runs scored over his last 15 games. Despite this, he remains only an option in very deep formats as he's slashing .221/.284/.326 with three home runs, seven steals, 21 RBI and 31 runs scored over 92 games this season.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
