2 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Nick Castellanos (oblique) has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a right oblique strain. The 30-year-old outfielder suffered the injury on Friday against the Giants and should be out a few weeks. He had been in and out of the lineup over the last 10 days while dealing with turf toe so perhaps the time off will give him a chance to heal that ailment as well. Outfielder Dalton Guthrie had his contract selected from Triple-A Lehigh Valley and has been added to the active roster.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
