7 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Nick Delmonico (shoulder) hit off a tee on Wednesday and said he feels 100 percent. Delmonico suffered a partial dislocation of his left shoulder when he collided with teammate Tyler Saladino. It sounds like the injury isn’t as serious as it could have been and Delmonico should be ready for Opening Day. Delmonico is likely to win an outfield spot for the White Sox and offers some appeal in AL-only leagues, as he had a .856 OPS and hit nine home runs over his first 43 games in the big leagues.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
