3 years agoThe Chicago Bears have explored trades for quarterback Nick Foles, and with the addition of Trevor Siemian on Friday, those efforts are expected to continue. Foles has $1 million of his base salary guaranteed in addition to the $4 million roster bonus that the Bears paid him this month. The 33-year-old was mostly a healthy scratch last year and started just one game -- he went 24-for-35 for 250 yards and a touchdown in a win over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 16 -- in his second season with Chicago. In nine games (seven starts) in 2020, Foles threw for 1,852 yards, 10 touchdowns and eight interceptions for a passer rating of 80.8.
