2 years agoCincinnati Reds rookie left-hander Nick Lodolo (back) pitched in a rehab game at the team's complex in Arizona on Sunday and will continue his minor league rehab assignment with Triple-A Louisville this week. Lodolo opened the season in the Reds starting rotation due to injuries to other pitchers, and he allowed nine earned runs on 18 hits while walking five and striking out 19 in 14 2/3 frames in his first three major league starts. The 24-year-old southpaw made his last start on April 24 before landing on the injured list, so he's likely to require a lengthy rehab assignment before possibly heading back to the minor leagues for more development.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
