2 years agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Nick Lodolo logged a solid start on Sunday against the Baltimore Orioles. The left-hander allowed just four hits, two walks and an earned run in six innings against Baltimore, striking out seven batters in the process. All told, Lodolo generated 17 swinging strikes on 98 pitches and finished with a 28% CSW rate. He got seven swinging strikes with his sinker, six with his curveball and four with his changeup. Sunday's game marked the fifth time in eight starts this season that Lodolo has struck out at least seven batters.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
