Nick Madrigal Will Rest Versus Royals On Thursday

4 years agoChicago White Sox second baseman Nick Madrigal will get a routine day off on Thursday against the Kansas City Royals. Madrigal was recently activated from the injured list with a shoulder injury and the rookie hasn’t missed a beat since returning. He is hitting .389 on the year with four runs and five RBI over 36 at-bats and should be rostered in most formats. Danny Mendick will replace Madrigal and bat eighth. He is worthy of a dart throw against Danny Duffy on Thursday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
