4 years agoBoston Red Sox right-handed pitcher Nick Pivetta will take the mound for the start Tuesday against Baltimore, making his team debut after being acquired back in August from Philadelphia. Pivetta had been shifted to the bullpen with the Phillies, having yielded 10 runs in 5 ⅔ frames this season. He has been vocal in the past about wanting to be a starter, an opportunity that the Red Sox will grant him over the final week of the year. While he is a massive DFS risk Tuesday, he does have upside after three seasons in the Philadelphia rotation. Should he impress down the stretch, he could be in contention for a rotation spot with Boston come 2021.--Jesse Borek
