4 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Senzel (knee/heel) was placed on the 10-day injured list on Friday with left knee inflammation, according to Mark Sheldon of MLB.com. Senzel had missed each of the last three games with a heel issue, but he landed on the IL with the knee injury. Manager David Bell said, "A few different things going on. He went on the IL for his knee, but maybe it's just an opportunity for him to reset his body as well. Hopefully it's no more than 10 days there." Over 36 games this season, Senzel is slashing .252/.323/.315 with one home run, two steals, eight RBI and 18 runs scored.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
