3 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Senzel (illness) was placed on the COVID-19 injured list Saturday. According to Bobby Nightengale Jr. of Cincinatti.com, Senzel was at the ballpark Friday but was sent to the hotel when he was feeling sick before the first pitch. The 26-year-old is considered day-to-day as the COVID-IL has no set minimum number of days. Senzel has struggled to start the year, hitting .118 with an RBI over five games. Right-hander Daniel Duarte was recalled in a corresponding move. Fantasy managers should continue to stash Senzel in deep-league formats as he could return to action soon if he submits a negative test in the upcoming days.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
